The Final Cut

The exhibition The Final Cut is dedicated to the genesis, wonder, and burden of the film project The Straw That Broke, realized over a period of more than seven years. The science fiction film explores the relationship between reality and virtuality while unfolding a narrative of loss, love, hope, and despair. In addition to the second edited version (2023), the essay film The Final Cut (2026) will be presented, interweaving previously unreleased scenes with documentary archival material.
